Join us for a truly unique experience where Dan Simoneau and Dean Habegger, two of region’s best fine artists, will come together in an art exhibit entitled “Dual Realities.” The exhibit will feature works using the Zorn palette with the goal of evoking serenity, calm, and peacefulness. The Zorn palette refers to a collection of colors attributed to Swedish artist Anders Zorn (1860-1920) and consists of just four colors: yellow ochre, ivory black, vermillion, and titanium white. (Cadmium red is commonly used in place of vermillion by modern day artists.) Photography and paintings plus graphite and charcoal drawings will cover an eclectic subject matter in this beautiful show. The show will also feature artwork by both artists executed in their usual style.
